Repeat prescriptions can be obtained online via the link above.  You will have to register in the first instance and add your repeat prescription details.  Thereafter when you login it will remember your repeat items and you only need to tick the ones you need.

You can also order your prescription by telephoning our dedicated Prescription Line Tel No:  01292 614309.  The Prescription Line Ansaphone is open 24 hours a day. 

This will allow us, under most circumstances, to have your prescription ready for your nominated pharmacy to collect within 48 hours however NHS Ayrshire and Arran Pharmacy Directorate have asked that you allow up to 7 days before collecting your prescription from the pharmacy.  This does not include public holidays or the weekend.
